Some players leave the academy before completing matric, to play with friends or to be in less demanding environment.

They are still busy completing their education with many of them on track to go to university or join the workforce.

WORKING AND STUDYING

Hendrick finished his Matriek year in 2024
After volunteering with the academy for 6 months, we were able to secure him a full scholarship to study agriculture and work at a local form at the same time.

STUDYING ACCOUNTATING

After finishing matriek in 2025 with a APS of 38. Phehello decided to go study accounting at the uUniversity of Johannesburg.

Working at Hoopstad Sport Academy

Ishmael now works for the same organisation that changed his life. Hoping to change the lives of the next generations in the same way. While doing this he is studying online to become an English teacher.
